For purchases made online, the total cost of an item’s price will be refunded, as long as it is returned in its original condition, with the original Zeesh packaging and the return/exchange label intact and attached to the product. Returns are not available for personalised items. Refund times vary based on the method of payment used when completing an order. Refunds will always be made within 7 working days from the moment that a returned item arrives at our warehouses for processing.
