-materials feel nice
- comfortable wear, insides are padded so you can wear easily for long durations indoors

- shoes is not very breathable (expected because of the padding)

One recommendation though is to improve on the delivery system.

However, I have a suggestion for the company: since you operate in the premium segment, consider enhancing your returns and refunds policy. Currently, the limitation of funds being restricted to the customer wallet for future purchases feels a bit restrictive.
