For all orders carried out after 13:00, delivery is guaranteed within two working days. All orders are processed from Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays. You may track your order from the courier’s website and the tracking number will be emailed to you once the order has been shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
For purchases made online, the total cost of an item’s price will be refunded, as long as it is returned in its original condition, with the original Zeesh packaging and the return/exchange label intact and attached to the product. Returns are not available for personalised items. Refund times vary based on the method of payment used when completing an order. Refunds will always be made within 7 working days from the moment that a returned item arrives at our warehouses for processing. You can return your order for free within 30 days from the delivery date. If you wish to return or exchange an item, you may do so independently via the Returns & Exchanges section online.
