What is the estimated delivery date of my order?

We try to process your order as soon as we receive it but it might take us upto 48 hours to process and dispatch your order, once the order is confirmed.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it will be delivered within 4-6 business days. We will keep sending you details of your order on your registered phone number and email.

My order hasn’t been delivered. How can I track my order?

Once you’ve successfully placed an order on our website, you will receive a mobile/e-mail confirmation with your order number. You can easily check the status of your order on your own by putting this tracking code here. Still can’t figure it out?

I would like to cancel my order.

Sorry to hear that you would like to cancel your order. You can easily cancel your order by reaching out to us at or you can even reach out to our team on whatsapp using your registered mobile number and our team will take care of the rest. Just for feedback, please do let us know on the same email your reason for cancelling the order, this will help us improve in future.

I would like to know about your returns & refund policy.

For purchases made online, the total cost of an item’s price will be refunded, the items must be returned in their original packing and should be unused. The product must be in original Zeesh packaging and the return/exchange label intact and attached to the product.
Please Note: All returns should be properly packed in the same way as it was sent to you.
The package contents should be properly covered and taped. Any package that is not properly covered will not be considered eligible for returns and exchanges.
Returns are not available for personalised items.
Refund times vary based on the method of payment used while completing an order.
Refunds will be made within 7 days from the day the product has been received at our warehouse and checked for quality. You can return your order for free within 15 days from the delivery date. If you wish to return or exchange an item, you may do so by writing us an email at

I exchanged my product, when will I get the replacement.

Your replacement product gets shipped out as soon as the initial order is received in our warehouse and checked for quality. Delivery of replacement may take about 7-10 working days from the date of the reverse pick up of the initial item.
Once the new order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation and a tracking code for your order on your registered mobile/email. You can easily check the status of your order on your own by putting this tracking code here. The complete return-reverse process takes about 10-12 days.
Only one-time exchange is available.

Do I need to pack the product in a box?

We strongly recommend that you keep the product in its original packaging and keep the box safe for the duration of the exchange window. Please return the product in its original box as the product is likely to get damaged without a box. Any damaged product received will not be eligible for replacement.

ZEESH reserves the right to reject any returns/exchanges/refunds if the above conditions are not met.
