We try to process your order as soon as we receive, once the order is confirmed. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it will be delivered within 3-5 business days. We will keep sending you details of your order on your registered phone number and email.

At ZEESH, each premium product is crafted with precision and care. To uphold our quality standards, we maintain a strict no-return policy. We do, however, offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product has a size or fit issue.
All exchange requests must be raised within the specified timeline and the item should be unused, with original packaging and tags intact.
Our goal is to ensure you feel confident and satisfied with your purchase while maintaining the integrity of our premium collection.
Store credit is a balance added to your ZEESH account (or shared via a coupon code) equal to the amount of your return. You can redeem this credit at checkout for your next purchase.
To request an exchange, please contact our support team within 2 working days of receiving your order. Once your request is approved, a quality check will be conducted at the time of pickup. The product must be in unused condition, with original tags and packaging intact.
- If the item passes the quality check, your exchange will be processed within 3–5 working days.
- If the item does not qualify, it will not be accepted for exchange and will remain with you.
We value your trust and ensure every exchange is handled with care to maintain the integrity of our premium products.
Your replacement product gets shipped out as soon as the initial order is received in our warehouse and checked for quality. Delivery of replacement may take about 7-10 working days from the date of the reverse pick up of the initial item.
Once the new order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation and a tracking code for your order on your registered mobile/email. You can easily check the status of your order on your own by putting this tracking code here. The complete return-reverse process takes about 10-12 days.
