Shipping Info We try to process your order as soon as we receive it but it might take us upto 48 hours to process and dispatch your order, once the order is confirmed. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it will be delivered within 5-7 business days. We will keep sending you details of your order on your registered phone number and email. We attempt to deliver the best and hope to create a satisfactory and unique experience for you all. However if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we ensure exchange to make sure you are served with the quality you trusted us with.

Whenever an order is returned for issues such as size, quality or like/dislike, we issue the refund amount in the form of credits, which gets credited to your ZEESH wallet for future use with lifetime validity.

In case of COD (Cash On Delivery) orders returns, COD charges will not be refunded.

Full refund into bank account will only be credited under the following circumstances:

- Non-availability of stock at our end

- Cancellation of order before dispatch

- Wrong/defective product is received by the customer.

- How can I exchange a product?

In order to ensure that the exchange process is easy and informative, we have designed a way to keep it simple. For any request for exchange kindly e-mail it to us at info@zeesh.o.in within 7 days from the date of receiving the order. Our team will get in touch with you to assist you with the procedure further at the earliest. On receiving the parcel of exchange article we will initiate confirmation of the same to make no delays in your shopping.
Terms and Conditions:

We ensure that all exchange requests made within 48 hrs for wrong/defective products are dealt with utmost efficiency. However any request for exchange for the aforementioned cases post 48 hours is subject to denial.

Exchange against articles priced similar or higher than the originally purchased article is applicable for all order. In case the customer choses to exchange the originally purchased article for an article priced below that of the original, the balance between the two will be credited to customer’s wallet.

ZEESH ensures exchange/return of unused/unworn articles in their original state along with bills, tags, and packaging according to the guidelines as stated. In case the same in not ensured, we reserve the right to deny exchange/return.

To keep the experience smooth and accessible we ensure that all the requests for exchange of store purchased products are dealt at the store and all the requests of exchange for products purchased online are dealt online.

Reverse pick-ups will be initiated by us only in case of wrong/defective products and the exchange requests will be initiated within 24-48 hours after the shipment has been returned to its origin and has undergone the quality check successfully.

All deliveries for other return/exchange requests will be borne by the customers initiating the same. Once the product passes our Quality Check process, the product's amount will be credited to your ZEESH account wallet for future online purchases.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS for Buy 1 Get 1 Offer:

Buy 1 Get 1 offer is applicable on selected articles. However, it cannot be clubbed with any other offer/promotion/discounts running on the website.

Purchase any two (2) items from ZEESH Website in a single order and receive the second item (of equal or lesser value) free.

The BOGO promotion can be applied on any number of items as long as they are purchased in multiples of 2 from eligible SKU’s.

Offer is valid on prepaid orders only.

The order will be delivered within 8-10 working days.
Return and Exchange

We accept only size related exchanges during Buy 1 Get 1 Sale. (Only size related exchanges will be done).

No Refunds requests will be accepted.

Returns are not available for personalised items.

Exchange is possible as per the availability of the new size.

Exchange against article priced similar is applicable – Only if ZEESH does not have sizes in the ordered article then the customer can choose another article of similar price.
Orders placed online can only be exchanged Online and not in stores.

Q) Bought the wrong size?

We ensure easy exchange for customers facing an issue with size. However as exchange is subject to availability. If the same article is unavailable in your size, full credit equivalent to the product will be initiated to your wallet.

Q) Exchange policies for products under discount?

We provide flexibility to exchange the products under discount. Customers can exchange a discounted article for a variation of the same article to retain the discount accepted during original purchase. In case of exchange for a new article, the previous discount will not be valid. Only the ongoing offers/discounts of the new article will be applicable.
